Templariorum de Vesica Piscis
Maria Magdalena,
gnosticism.

The Gnosis is much older than Christianity and contains texts from the time of Hammurabi, Zoroaster, and ancient Egyptian culture. It is not a religion but a way of life. The rules and texts of Gnosis come from the period between Christ and the Roman Church of 325 AD, with the Council of Nicaea. Gnosis is older than the Catholic Church and includes texts not found in the Catholic canon. In Gnosis, one can find answers to existential questions that the Catholic Church does not address.

Principles of Gnosticism

Gnosticism is not a religion but a source of knowledge that explains spiritual matters. It rejects dogmas, doctrines, and rituals, and offers freedom through understanding God and Christ as states of being, not external entities. Gnosticism teaches that insight and knowledge lead to spiritual liberation, without religious control and hierarchy.

Templars and Gnosis

The Templars followed their own beliefs, not those of the Roman Church. They sought a life close to God, which often put them in conflict with church dogmas. However, their knowledge and dedication made them true Christians. Although they were ultimately betrayed, their ideology lives on.

Gnostic Insights

Gnosticism and Gnosis are often understood mystically, but they are personal faith paths without dogmas, rooted in ancient wisdom. Jesus' teachings contain Gnostic elements focusing on inner knowledge and redemption, contrasting with the Catholic teachings of sin and atonement.

Gnostic Structure

State of Resignation

The "state of consciousness" is a spiritual condition in which one is no longer influenced by negative forces that control the soul. Achieving this state requires deep self-insight and soul purification, freeing one from earthly illusions and Archontic influences.

Archons

Aeons are impersonal forces. Archons, arising from Aeons, influence us invisibly through sins such as pride and greed. Religion binds humanity through original sin; Gnosticism preaches freedom. It is crucial to recognise and resist Archontic influences for true freedom.

Women in the Order

The Templars are one of the most well-known medieval orders, often portrayed in books and films. Their bravery, piety, and mystery are both admired and criticised. Although women were officially not allowed in the order, recent discoveries show that women like Ermenegarda of Olula still played a role in this mysterious world.

Numbers and Their Symbolic Value

In traditional societies, numbers and figures have symbolic meanings. They serve as tools to understand cosmic and spiritual connections. Baphomet

The term "Baphomet" played a crucial role in the accusations against the Templars. According to Bernard Marillier, "Baphomet" originally referred to a corruption of the name Mohammed, used in medieval Occitan language. Marion Melville suggests it was a symbolic representation, possibly a relic bust, misinterpreted as an idol.
